Photography services.
Planned with purpose.

Every commission is different. I plan the shoot around you, the brief or the creative objective rather than force it into a rigid package. Once I understand what is required, I’ll provide a clear quotation.

Portrait and editorial sessions

Individual portraits, creative shoots and milestone sessions for personal or professional use. The emphasis is on character, controlled lighting and images that feel deliberate rather than formulaic.

You do not need modelling experience. I’ll guide posing and expression clearly, help with the details that feel awkward in front of a camera, and adapt the direction as we find what works for you.

  • Individual and creative portraits
  • Editorial-style and milestone sessions
  • Personal, professional and promotional use
02

Model portfolio updates

For new and experienced models who need to strengthen or refresh a portfolio for casting, agency, social media or professional promotion. The aim is useful variety—not a large set of near-identical photographs.

A session can combine clean portraits with editorial frames and more developed, individually edited creative work where that supports the portfolio.

  • Clean portraits for casting or agency use
  • Editorial images with a distinct change of mood
  • Stronger creative work for promotion and social media
03

Commercial and campaign work

Photography for brands, small businesses and independent professionals. Commercial planning starts with the purpose of the images: what the business needs to communicate, who needs to see it and where the work will appear.

That context shapes the brief, production and final delivery rather than treating the photography as a collection of interchangeable content.

  • Campaign, website and editorial imagery
  • Promotional material and social content
  • Usage requirements discussed as part of the quotation
04

Events and weddings

Coverage for weddings, private events, performances and live events, combining genuine moments with considered portraits. I work unobtrusively where appropriate and plan around the timings, priorities and people that matter to the brief.

  • Weddings and private events
  • Performances and live events
  • Documentary coverage and planned portraits

How the process works

From enquiry to finished images.

  1. 01

    Initial conversation

Tell me what you need, how the images will be used, the style you have in mind, possible locations and dates, who is involved, and any concerns or practical requirements. A rough idea is enough to begin.

  2. 02

    Planning

Planning is collaborative. If you have an idea, bring it—even if it is only partly formed. I’ll work with you to develop it into a clear, workable concept with a reason behind each choice. Pinterest boards can be a useful starting point for collecting visual references.

The practical preparation will match the project. A straightforward portrait might only need a conversation about clothing and location, while a larger shoot may require decisions about styling, studio choice, timings, lighting and commercial usage.

  3. 03

    The shoot

The work is collaborative, calmly directed and adaptable to what is happening on the day. Where appropriate, I’ll guide posing and expression while staying focused on strong photographs rather than rushing through a checklist.

  4. 04

    Editing

The selected images are individually reviewed and professionally edited for colour, contrast, tone and consistency. Retouching is applied where appropriate while preserving the character of the original shoot.

  5. 05

    Delivery

Finished images are delivered digitally in the formats agreed for the project. Depending on the intended use, that may include high-resolution files, web-ready or social-media-ready versions, or agreed commercial formats.

Pricing and quotations

Clear costs for the work required.

I do not use rigid, one-size-fits-all packages. Pricing depends on the type of shoot, the time involved, location, production requirements, intended use and the final deliverables.

Once those requirements are understood, you’ll receive a clear quotation before booking. The agreed costs, scope and inclusions are confirmed in advance.

If studio hire is required, it is charged at the studio’s actual commercial rate with no markup added. Fixed deadlines or unusually large delivery requirements should be raised during the initial conversation so they can be considered properly in the quotation.
